"The hotel is centrally located in the city of Prague. Our rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. We especially enjoyed conversing in the lounge with staff members, David and Mohammed, during our stay. We had the opportunity to utilize the dining room and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was nice and the coffee was exceptional. We noted that staff were hard working individuals and always had a smile on their faces. My only critique is that we wished the breakfast buffet area was larger to accommodate all the guests."

"Hotel is wonderful with nice decor and art work display. Clean room and pretty good breakfast! It’s 12-15 minutes walk to train station, no need to take a taxi, unless you have a large, heavy suitcase. 20 minutes walk to Old Town Square. Just one negative comment- on last day of our stay (5 nights) we found , that instead of superior triple room we were put to superior double room, it was not , that we were paying for. Unfortunately, it was no manager on duty to discuss this issue. We were told, that manager quit job the day before. Anyway, we did enjoy our stay at this hotel and beautiful city during Christmas! "
