"Housekeeping is excellent considering the rooms are not updated they are accommodating to visitors request. Some Registration staff are on rotation from other islands and are very professional. It appears I encountered only one agent who wasn’t taught how to seek out answers to questions proposed and didn’t seem to know the “I’m not so sure or let me double check that”. As travelers I know see and feel when a person is unsure but appears to conjure an answer that is very questionable. Therefore as a traveler. my common sense kicked in to reconfirm an answers. Meals are delicious and give plenty of options and variety of foods. Servers and bar tenders are inviting you with smiles and laughter. The exfoliating experience in the spa did not disappoint."

"The place is as described and really awesome.. everything was great. One suggestion to Travellers and to the host is to update your listing to reflect that loungers are not free on the beach. Its $15/usd per lounge chair per day."
