"The staff was great. We stayed 3 nights. It was great for our purpose. Lots of restaurants available. Starbucks close by. Walmart across the street. Only ten minutes from the tennova med center. Loved the kitchenette area."

"The Hallway on second floor was dimly lit and very dirty...especially near the elevator. Marks all over the walls. Room floor was dimly lit very dirty. There was tape over the smoke detector. Some marks on the wall high above the Tv near the ceiling that I cannot even tell you what it was. Turned on A/C unit for heat...it roared to life and at first smelled like it was burning...the smell eventually dissipated, but it still roared. Bedding appeared clean and fresh. This was the only reason we decided to stay after being on the road for 600 miles and was just passing through. Breakfast was good. Would never stay here again...many other options available."

"Breakfast was advertised as hot breakfast and only served a select fresh fruit, cereal, waffle and toast, ....with only jelly or syrup. NO butter. Was charged an additional $50 for amenditaries that was NOT told or advertised but claimed as a deposit....but when asked about extra towels was told to wait until the next morning and get with housekeeping when my stay was ending that next morning. My room was never cleaned ."
