"We enjoyed our stay the hotel was very nice but there is one thing they need to address. If one room sets their thermostat to dry heat it turns off the air conditioning to the entire floor. This happened twice not a huge problem but a little annoying other than that the hotel was very comfortable clean and in a great location."

"There was no breakfast scheduled. They did not offer an explanation. They hosted a prom on Saturday evening and the guests were basically ignored during the evening and morning after. The food was not appetizing!! The rooms were clean, however, we realized that the sliding door would not lock. Maintenance came to take a look nonchalantly and left without a solution. There was no security latch on the front door as well. We packed up to leave and was offered another room. That room was freezing at 16C, and there was no way to adjust it. The internet was down most of the stay. Needless to say we clocked out around 9 o’clock instead of 11 o’clock. They were busy cleaning up from the previous night. No apology was given."

"We loved staying in this cute, comfortable little condo on our visit to St. Croix! Everything was exactly as advertised. The beach was awesome. The pool and restaurant were a nice plus. The condo it in a very convenient location...5 mins to Christiansted Boardwalk and about 25 mins to Fredriksted"

"The unit was not clean and when we tried to bring it to Matt’s attention he blamed us even though we started taking pictures and documentation 20 mins after we arrived. The AC did not work in the living room or the master bedroom. He offered to send someone out but got offended when we asked for a later tike. Then he stopped responding to is and VRBO for 4 days straight. The whole time we had no AC. There was a terrible sewage smell and issue that we were not notified about but we saw signs at the property saying not to go into the beach water by our unit due ti a sewage leak. Of course Matt didn’t mention any of that. The pictures make the space look large but it was quite the opposite. There was expired food left over from previous guest as well. It was a terrible stay. Also someone’s used bathing suit was left in one of the dressers and there was a hole in the wall right by an electrical outlet that they tried to cover with a frisbee or something. Very dangerous."

"The hosts were great with communication, condo was clean, beds were comfortable, & kitchen had everything you need. The beach is cleaned daily & the grounds are well kept. Don't be surprised if you get a visit from a gecko on the enclosed patio. Would stay here again! Cell service on the island as a whole is spotty. Condo wi-fi is great."

"Our stay was wonderful ! The Great house was beautiful and we so appreciated the view , the cleanliness , the helpfulness of Adam and the hospitality which made this visit so special ! We loved the hot tub and the kitchen had everything we needed and more ! We would love to be able to come back again .."
