"Booking in was fine, although the key to the door didn't work, we were on the 5th floor so a bit of a treck back to the reception. We were not given any information about where the bar or dining room was. We had to ask where the bar was situated. The bar was well equipped with darts and pool table, comfortable setting. The room was clean, not a lot of staff around but there were 4 functions on that weekend, we were not informed or involved prior to booking. Very noisy at night, understandable as there had been a party, but a random dog barking in the corridor at 3 am I thought was a little too much."

"Room looked tired and was laid out in a bad way mini bar was well stocked but was very hot in cupboard , but if room was laid out better mini bar could had been under table it was fine for one night didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment "

"When we got there we were greeted by a very brusque receptionist who wasn’t particularly friendly. The room was tired, is the best way to put it. The cabinets in the room were either covered in cigarette burns or plaster, the windows were filthy, and the bathroom door didn’t close."
