The price was very good for the central location. The flat was cleaned and smelled fresh with fresh towels and toiletries. Very spacious and convenient for groups. However, there was a smell of sewage coming from the shower drain and there was mold and rust all over. I paid an extra £10 for an early check in but I couldn't enter straight away because there was a delay in sorting my code and I couldn't contact the administration because they didn't pick up my messages or calls until about 20 minutes past my early check in. I hope these issues can be sorted out because the other aspects of this property were very good!

6/10 Okay

Family of 5 stayed for 4 nights. Advance communication was a bit tricky, with a link being sent weeks prior to our stay that we were supposed to use to check in an upload ID - the link expired and we didn't get a response to emails asking for a new one. We had to search around online for a contact phone number to sort it. Location was excellent, right in the middle of everything you'd want to access as a tourist. Apartment itself was quite disappointing. Decor was tired looking, the sofa was lumpy, sagging and scratched in places. When we moved the sofa bed to set it up, the floor clearly hadn't been cleaned for a while, sweets and dust under it which we had to clear up, plus gaps in the floorboards. There were food crumbs and a dirty sock in the sofa bed. The lounge and main bedroom had narrow windows that didn't open, and the 2nd bedroom had sliding doors which opened on to a 10 foot fence letting no light in, so the apartment felt very dark and enclosed. The TV in the bedroom didn't work, the one in the lounge did but the wifi signal was so weak/intermittant we couldn't really watch TV, and phone signal was really poor inside too (O2) so couldn't tether. There was litter on the bedroom floor under the dressing table. There weren't any fans in the bathrooms. Overall, a great location and cheap, but the apartment itself wasn't up to much and we mostly stayed out.

This place was 'epic' super easy to access and the apartment was gorgeous. Perfect for a night away. Bed was comfy and the shower was brilliant and super hot...could have stayed in there for ages ❤️ the check in process was easy too.

Great communication from host. Great for what we needed for the night. Plenty of space for 5 of us. Coffee, tea and milk which was a nice touch. Only problem was it was quiet noisy at night due to the proximity to clubs but with earplugs in it wasn't a problem.

Too noisy. The description on Hotels.com doesn't mention that it is right above 2 night clubs. Good location for teenagers going out on a party but not adapted to a family trip.

Room was clean we were upgraded to larger apartment (10) before check in so very spacious. Stayed as family for theatre trip after Christmas, the location is very central but next to nightclubs so it was loud! This is clearly aimed at groups for clubbing, you could see some wear and tear to walls and furniture in the apartment.

The check in and out process was very efficient, good communication. The apartment was lovely and central. It was perfect for a getaway with friends. Our only complaint was the music from nearby bars on till 5am. However, this is not something the apartment has control over, and to be expected with the location.

Recent stay

Layout was good but decor needed some touching up. No windows that could be opened so apartment stayed very warm and especially when showers were used as the steam could not escape. Location really good. Need better lighting in bedrooms around the mirros

Close to shops and restaurants and easy check in but not suitable for families. Whole apartment was vibrating with loud music from adjacent club all night, doors slamming in the corridor, drinks split on the floor in communal areas, shouting from both inside and outside the building loud enough to wake everyone until 4am. WiFi intermittent and needed to keep signing up. Room was 4/5 cleanliness, missing drawer handles, dish washer not working. I think if on a stag or hen party then good location and amenities but I will not be returning.
