The 950 sq ft house features 2 king beds, 2 sofa beds, fully stocked kitchen, washer / dryer, and an elegant & peaceful design. It's the perfect place for having breakfast on the patio, seeing the sunsets over the lake, and taking in a drink & s'mores at the firepit at night!

Offering a romantic, zen atmosphere, a boat house, large lot, and elegant lux design, the home is located just minutes away from Lake Livingston State Park, antique stores, restaurants, trails, the Alabama Coushatta’s Naskila Gaming casino, fishing, boating and more!

The lakefront home has 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom downstairs. BOTH bedrooms contain king size beds while the living room has 2 fold-out sofas that turn into a full size bed! Both bedrooms have dedicated work areas in case you need to take care of business. One bedroom has a 43" 4K smart TV.

Natural light flows throughout the house, providing gorgeous views of the lake throughout! The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials, coffee machine, cookware, utensils, instant pot, crock pot, hand blender, cutting board, and more. The living room has a 55" 4K smart TV while the dining area has comfortable seating.

Step outside into the backyard, where multiple seating areas provide a picturesque and romantic view of the lake. Enjoy the Adirondack seating around the fire pit and comfortable sofas, as well as a breakfast table, on the patio! We also have a BBQ grill and picnic table for your cookout. Catch the sunset from the swing on the boat house. Lots of spaces specifically designed to create a relaxing and romantic atmosphere right next to the lake.

Guest Access & Neighborhood / Area Info:
Parking is available for a max of 3 cars in the driveway (please stay within the boundaries and do not drive on the grass, as the septic system is underneath). Please only park in driveway. Golf carts are welcome in the neighborhood. Guests have access to the entire property within the fenced area and the boat house.

Have a boat, kayak, or jet ski? We have a boat slip and boat house. The neighborhood has a boat ramp less than 3 minutes from the house.

There is direct lake access from the property. Guests are responsible for supervising children and pets at all times throughout the property and in the lake.

As we are located near a lake and in a rural area, you will see animals (alligators, snakes, large fish, spiders!!, other bugs, etc.) as well as neighborhood dogs. Please stay aware at all times. Keep your pets and children within the inside (wooden) fenced area near the house (as neighborhood dogs will sometimes come across the outside fence into the driveway).

Other Details:
Dogs are welcome but please keep them on leash outside. There are neighborhood dogs that may approach the property and try to jump the fence. Please keep your dogs inside the wooden fence area. Max 2 dogs.

Please supervise children and pets at all times to ensure their safety. The boat house is not fenced; there is direct lake access from the boat house. There are no lifeguards on duty in the area. The owners and their agents are not responsible for any incidents.

Although this is a rural area, restaurants, shops (including Walmart and HEB), and other amenities are all within 15 minutes.
