If you are not used to sleeping near a main road you may find it difficult due to the traffic. The pool in hotel was very small but the sauna was lovely (steam room was shut). The pool across the road was a handy option, especially once we’d checked out of the hotel. "

"Highly recommended for a Malta getaway! The location is perfect, the staff are genuinely welcoming, and both the breakfast and spa facilities are top-notch. Just a heads-up: the soundproofing isn't the best (you can hear the street and corridors), and the bathroom had a bit of a drainage odour at times. However, the hospitality more than made up for it. Would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel is very large and from a different era and suffering from age . They have a shuttle to get you up a steep hill to the old town of Valletta The buffet breakfast was very good and our room attendant excellent"

They only have the air conditioning on once it gets a bit hotter, but they were able to provide us with a fan as the week we were there was warmer than usual for the season."
