  • Set overlooking beautiful surrounding farmland, this property is set on one level and has its own private hottub.. All on the Ground Floor:

    Separate Toilet.. Biomass central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack. Lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Hot tub for 4 (private). 1 dog welcome. Stabling for horses (available on request). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. This collection of luxury barn conversions (refs UK33953, UK33954 and UK33955), all with their own private hot tubs, are perfectly located for sightseeing around the counties of Shropshire, mid Wales, North Wales and Cheshire. Local attractions include many National Trust properties, the medieval town of Shrewsbury, conveniently placed along the River Severn, and Offa’s Dyke path which runs close to the property. Llangollen with its steam railway, horse drawn barges, white water rafting and motor museum is a 20-minute drive. The market towns of Oswestry and Welshpool are within 15 minutes’, while Chester and Shrewsbury are just 30 minutes’ away by car, and all offer a large array of shops and restaurants for guests to enjoy.

We stayed at Mouse Croft for 4 nights.

We stayed at Mouse Croft for 4 nights. It was definitely one of the nicer places we've stayed at. Good local walks, my little one loved the hot tub, beds were very comfy. We also got super lucky with the weather. Overall a really great week!

Fantastic accommodation from great hosts.

Fantastic accommodation from great hosts. Good location for exploring, being located just outside the village of Llanymynech. Couple of pubs, a Chinese takeaway and a chip shop all close by (please note chip shop & Chinese are 'cash only'). There is also an Indian (unable to comment as not used).Great communications from the hosts. Property was 100% as described, with great amenities - everything you could want for a short stay (3 nights in our case) or even a week.

We were so thrilled with our stay at mouse Croft. The barn itself was absolutely stunning, super clean and beautifully decorated. The hot tub was massive and a definite highlight! Lovely welcome pack when we arrived and great contact from the owners.

Lovely stay at mouse Croft for my birthday. Myself, my partner and our doggy had the best time! Loved the little hamper sorted by the hosts for us! 100% recommend!

The barn was beautiful and great for a little weekend away.

The barn was beautiful and great for a little weekend away. We wanted a reset weekend so didn’t venture on the walks, we went for a little drive and there is nothing around.The barn cones with everything you would need, it’s beautiful and the hot tub was lovely too. We enjoyed waking up to the horses playing in the field also

StunningLittle difficult locating the property in the pitch black and heavy rain with low visibility

StunningLittle difficult locating the property in the pitch black and heavy rain with low visibility. Keys were in lock box on the wall as stated, bit fiddly in the dark and wet. Drove round to the property and were very impressed. Very clean and well kept at the front. Opened the door to a lovely warm and homely feel. The property is tiny from the front but huge inside, perfect for 4 plus dog. The details of high ceilings and beams gave it a lovely country feel but still modern. Loved the old barn door hooks still in the walls outside too. The hot tub was beautiful and been undercover was perfect for our British weather. Only complaint was looking at a brick wall when in but understand why with the working fields behind. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you’d need to cook and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. The bedrooms and bathrooms were just perfect too, beds were very comfortable. Could do with a hand rail on the wall for getting in and out the shower which is over the bath. May be difficult for some people with back or knee problems. All in all we had an amazing stay and couldn’t fault anything. Can’t wait to stay again 😊
