The Francesco apartment is located about 300 meters from the beach and very close to the nightlife area. It has a capacity for 3 people.

Its distribution is as follows:
- living room with TV.
- Open kitchen equipped with appliances.
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 bathroom with bathtub- 1 single sofa bed in the living room

It is located on the second floor of the building with elevator.

· Lloret de Mar is one of the main tourist destinations: beaches, promenade, bars and clubs, shops and restaurants, boat trips, sports... · You can also visit the beautiful beaches and towns of the Costa Brava and the cities of Barcelona and Girona.

· The airports of Barcelona (90km) and Girona-Costa Brava (30km) have a bus connection to the center of Lloret de Mar. · Lloret bus station is 7 minutes walk from the apartment.
· Train from Barcelona (line R1) or Girona (R11+R1) to Blanes train station and bus to Lloret de Mar.

· The house is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests.

· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.

· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the reservation and no more people can stay/visit at the same time on the property.

Check-in:
· The minimum age to book and check-in is 18 years old.

· It is mandatory for all guests to present a legal official identification document (ID card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

. Arrival and departure outside office hours:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per reservation (payment on arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per reservation (payment on arrival)
· After-hours check-in option with a safety deposit box in the office at no cost.

· No-show on check-in day, no refund of the reservation.

· Mandatory payment of tourist tax: Price €1 night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.

Cleaning:
. The house must be properly tidied up, dishes clean and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.

IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, the owners of the same must take care to pick up the feces and clean up the urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of €100 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Beach towels are not provided.

Keys:
· Loss of keys to the property: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the lock of the main door and needing to be opened by a locksmith:
Price according to locksmith rates, will be charged on-site to the technician.

Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, in particular, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.

· Pets are allowed.

· Smoking is not allowed in this accommodation.- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery on the property or for any loss during your stay.
