"It was new and clean, but felt a bit sterile. I left too early to have breakfast. One complaint, the airport shuttle turned around to go back for someone who was late and missed the shuttle. The driver had already waited a few minutes for them to arrive. I felt that was unfair to all the people who were on time."

"I paid for my room in advance and when i get there they made me try to pay $50 for a deposit since when do you pay a deposit on a room that is paid for in advance by a card ive ever only paid a deposit when i paid for the room in cash this made me mad so i asked for a refund in which they told me to refer to expedidian which i did come to find out my room was non refundable which is a starck contrast to what staff told me staff told me it was refundable i will never stay here again ever."
