"Had already paid for the hotel via Expedia. No staff present when I checked in, and automatic check in machine made us pay again. No staff present on checkout either, and hotel does not respond to messages about refund.

Checkin was fairly easy but you have to be quick to take a picture of the passcode for your room door. Checking in was done on a kiosk outside the reception door. No one was around to assist if you needed help but there was a phone number to call if required.
With the double level family room, it gave us a lot of space to spread out....
