The spacious east-facing living room features a double sofa bed (160 cm), armchairs, coffee table, TV, DVD player, and stereo. Admire stunning views of the sea and the small Larvor harbor through the large gable window. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, electric oven, microwave, and a dining table for 8.



A wooden staircase in the center of the living area leads to a large landing with built-in closets and shelves. Bedroom 1 (west side) offers panoramic sea views, a double bed (160 cm), closets, and a washbasin hidden in a closet. Bedroom 2 (east side) also has sea views, a double bed (160 cm), closet, chest of drawers, two nightstands, and two lamps. Bedroom 3 (center) sleeps 3 with bunk beds and a third single bed, plus a washbasin.



The bathroom features a walk-in shower facing the sea, a washbasin, and separate toilet. Outside, a small garden and raised terrace with sea view await you, equipped with table, chairs, parasol, and barbecue.



The beach and sea are just in front of the house. Swimming is not possible directly in front, but is accessible at Port de Larvor, 200 m away.
