Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 double sofabed (2 x 100 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. Exit to the garden. Terrace furniture.
