Welcome to Logan`s coveted Casa Cliffside by Achieve Rentals! With just under 1700 sq ft of space, this 2BD, 2BA blends comfort with luxury!
*This building is split into two private upper and lower-level homes. You will have secure access to the upper level, including two off-street parking spaces. Tenants reside below and have exclusive access to the garage and backyard.

Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac in the scenic Cliffside Estates, this well-crafted upper-level home offers stunning finishes with quick access to trails, downtown Logan, and Utah State University—just 6 minutes away. BRING YOUR OWN LOGIN: We provide two TVs, both equipped with streaming services. Guest will need to provide their own logins to access the specific service.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located in the front entrance doorbell and the side of the home. This is a beautiful home! Extremely clean, comfortable, and everything we needed for a long weekend. Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Everything was perfect!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was amazingly clean. The bed in the master suite was very comfortable and the spa tub was great. This house is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The house was decorated beautifully and we would definitely stay here again.
we enjoyed the pet friendly place. We just wished we could have used the fenced in backyard. We would stay there again and maybe ask the downstairs renters if it would be ok to use the backyard. We're just wondering if it will still be a VRBO in the future.
We were here for meetings that were at the fairgrounds and also in Wellsville the location was very convenient. The house was clean and inviting, the showers were nice and beds were good. We had a baby with us and I maybe would have been less likely to choose this location because there are permanent renters in the basement and I was worried we would keep them up with our noise in nights! Owner and staff were very responsive when we had questions. I would do it again!!!!
Great kitchen, stocked with all the pots/pans you’ll need to cook a great meal! The deck, has beautiful views of the sunset and a great grill and perfect seating!
We were in town for an annual car show and enjoyed our stay! Lovely property, nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors and mutual dog lovers! Our pups had a great time walking the area. Highly recommend property. Management was quick to respond and very accommodating. Thank you!!
Comfortable house in convenient location. Clean, good beds, had most everything we needed. Excellent communication with host. Policy allowing our family staying in a hotel to come over for dinner was really appreciated.
Very nice place with good location and amenities. Really great communication with listing party and very helpful. We didn’t realize that there were people below us, it was never an issue, just wasn’t aware. We had a great time!
