Guests enjoy full access to the home and outdoor spaces.
(White wardrobe cabinets in the primary bedroom and the laundry room are marked "reserved for owners".)

Directions to the home:
Take EXIT 305 Co Road 222 turning left at exit. Keeping straight for @ 14 miles going into Crane Hill.
Take slight right onto Co Rd 946.
When you see a church on right turn at next road to LEFT Co Rd 963 then another quick Left onto Co Rd 961.
Keep going straight following road you will even see sign with arrow to 'LAKE' slight left...Staying on 961, A few miles down on the right you will see a totem pole with names and a small black sign for Black House on the Lake… Turn Right onto Mimosa lane/Co Rd 210
Keep straight and At bottom of hill, when you start seeing the lake turn sharp right onto CO RD 4003...you will see our gate and signage.
Black Lake house is last house on left before culdesac.
Park on road in front of house and walk down stairs, making sure to hold onto the handrail as these are steep stairs. Go around to the front of the house, double patio doors to unlock door with door code, unlock front door from inside.

Driveway Advisory:
The property sits on an elevated lot overlooking Smith Lake. The driveway is steep — we strongly recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles, especially in wet weather. Guests assume responsibility for navigating the driveway safely. Please take your time when arriving and departing.
