"Hard to find any staff when you want to ask a question. Reception is self service, but local staff are needed to help with other enquiries and there was a lack of staff viability. Room was a good size, it was a family room and had a divider between the bunk beds and the normal beds. We paid for breakfast , it was a good menu with lots of options. Price was OK. There was tram stop about 5 minutes walk from the hotel for the city centre and old town. It was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the passenger terminal for the ferry to Helsinki."

"Melko uusi hotelli, todella siistiä, hieno paikka. Ilmeisesti vanhan armeijan kasarmi, punatiilinen vanha rakennus, mutta kaikki uusittu. Hotellissa ei ole henkilökuntaa, joten kannattaa lukea hotellin lähettämät ohjeet ja viestit jo ennen saapumista hotellille. Aamiaisen ajankohta valitaan myös viestillä ja se tuodaan huoneeseen. Jugurtti, kahvi, mehu ja lämmin toast. Valitettavasti emme huomanneet sanoa ruoka-aineallergioita edellisenä iltana, jota osa jäi syömättä. Parkkipaikka aivan oven edessä. Kävisin uudelleenkin, suosittelen."

"Our stay was excellent. Each double room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent with a powerful shower. To have unlimited access to the pool, spa and saunas was a great bonus. The cafe food was delicious and really great prices with amazing service Highly recommended."

"The room was perfect for my brief stay in Tallinn. The bed was comfortable and the different firmness in pillow options was appreciated. The hot tub, sauna and pool were the highlight of my stay. This place has really thought of all the little details down to robes in the room and a clothes line for your swimsuit. It’s located close to the Old Town but just far enough away to not hear any of the foot traffic late in the evening. It’s located about 10 minutes away from the port, which made travel days that much easier."
