"It’s unusual to find a property close to town in Nantucket that you can rent for less than 1 week. The house is comfortable, old Nantucket style with all the amenities you need. Host is very friendly and responsive. There is a large yard we enjoyed with parking, 2 fire pits and a grill and outdoor shower. Things I would like to know before arrival:Property grounds are shared with another house. The small bedroom does not have air conditioning. There is a Kurig machine but coffee pods are not sold on the island- so if you want use, bring your own."

"The rooms are immaculate and I loved the decor. The outdoor pool area is also beautiful and their bar food was delicious! Kids would love the free arcade too. The best part is that it’s in walking distance to Steps Beach, Jetties Beach and downtown. Looking forward to going back!"

"Great location clean and quaint but if you aren’t super agile & younger you’ll have to stay downstairs which is a full size bed. Note: the king primary bedroom is more of a loft with steep stairs and a rope to hold on to. And bathroom downstairs for middle of the night trips. Laundry is wonderful to have but is outside in a little shed."

"The property is great! It was the perfect location for our party of six plus a baby- but can easily accommodate more! The kitchen was stocked with any utensils and pans needed, and even some spices! The owners left a lovely book of recommendations for the island. It is in walking distance of downtown (15 minutes ish) but not in town.Totally family friendly house! Thank you for a lovely Nantucket vacation!"
