An Artist’s Home, by Veeve
This welcoming 4-bedroom family home is perfectly located in Shepherd’s Bush, with easy access to the Central Line at Shepherd’s Bush and White City tube stations. Just moments from the extensive shopping and dining of Westfield, and within reach of Notting Hill and Holland Park, it's an ideal London base for families.
Enter into a bright hallway and find the cosy sitting room on the left, complete with a sofa, log burner, TV, and desk - perfect for relaxing or catching up on work. Next door, a dedicated children’s playroom includes a sofa bed to accommodate an extra guest or child. The spacious and sunny kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including a boiling water tap, coffee machine, and air fryer. There’s a dining table which sits 6, (plus an extension to sit 8,) & stools at the kitchen island, making it ideal for both family meals and casual breakfasts. Bifold doors lead out to a lovely walled garden with seating and a BBQ - a great spot for summer evenings. A washer, dryer, and guest loo complete the ground floor.
On the first floor are three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms: a trundle room that can convert to a double, with a desk and Juliet balcony overlooking the garden; a cheerful children's bedroom with bunk beds and another desk; and a serene double bedroom with fitted wardrobes facing the quiet street. A modern bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and loo serves this floor. (Please note, the nursery is locked and not available to guests.)
On the top floor, a second bathroom boasts a luxurious roll-top bath, walk-in shower, sink, and loo. A few steps above, the master bedroom tucked under the eaves with a super king-sized bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail, and Juliet balcony overlooking the garden.
Please note that whilst the house sleeps up to 8 guests, an extra guest child can sleep on the sofa bed in the playroom if needed, or there is an extra mattress under the bunk beds. A travel cot is also available for babies on request.
