There’s a dining table which sits 6, (plus an extension to sit 8,) & stools at the kitchen island, making it ideal for both family meals and casual breakfasts. Bifold doors lead out to a lovely walled garden with seating and a BBQ - a great spot for summer evenings. A washer, dryer, and guest loo complete the ground floor.
On the first floor are three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms: a trundle room that can convert to a double, with a desk and Juliet balcony overlooking the garden; a cheerful children's bedroom with bunk beds and another desk; and a serene double bedroom with fitted wardrobes facing the quiet street. A modern bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and loo serves this floor. (Please note, the nursery is locked and not available to guests.)
