As you enter, the fully equipped kitchen offers ample space for 6 to dine comfortably, allowing you to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay.
You’ll then find a separate lounge featuring a second dining table, for enjoying meals together along with a very comfortable sofa & a TV for relaxing at the end of the day.
Upstairs, you will find four well-appointed bedrooms: two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms, all equipped with clothes storage to ensure a tidy and organized stay. Along with the family bathroom suite.
We understand that pets are part of the family, so we are proud to welcome your furry friends too!
Enjoy the charm of both a front and back garden, providing a lovely outdoor space for you and your pets to unwind. The back garden has patio furniture to relax, will be fully renovated by the spring to also include dining table and chairs and a BBQ!
For your convenience, we provide fresh linen and towels, ensuring a comfortable stay from the moment you arrive.

Parking is available, making it easy to explore the surrounding area or venture into Central London with ease. Please make sure you book this before arriving or on the day you arrive, we will need your number plate!

There is a private front door and no one else will have access to the property during your stay. (Unless you stay for more than a month in which case a gardener may pop by to keep the garden tip top! This will be agreed and approved in advance!)

! Here are some key points:
1. Check-in and Check-out Times: Please note our standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. We can accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests based on availability. Early check-in and Late check-out times can be flexible based on your needs. Please message us as soon as possible to book this.
2. House Rules: We kindly ask that guests respect the property and adhere to our house rules, which include guidelines on noise levels, smoking policies, shoe policy, and pet regulations.
3. Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of £75 will be added to your booking to ensure the property is in excellent condition for your arrival. This includes all linen & towels for your stay.
4. Safety Features: The property is equipped with smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors for your safety.
5. Local Amenities: The property is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and public transportation options for easy access to the surrounding area. Only a 7 minute walk to a train and tube station.
6. Pet Policy: While we welcome pets, please let us know in advance if you plan to bring them along. We ask that pets are kept off furniture and cleaned up after. There is a pet fee for any pets that stay as well, this is so we can take extra cleaning precautions before and after pets have stayed. Doggy welcome packs included!
7. Internet and Utilities: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and all utilities are included in your stay.
