This classy LUXE house is located just off the US Embassy and in the brand new area close to Battersea Power Station -- will remind you why suburbs exist – you can enjoy plenty of spacious rooms PLUS a beautiful garden! A peaceful neighbourhood only 10 minutes away from Piccadilly by tube or bus.

You’ll love the soft colouring of the living and dining areas whereas the pop of red colour in the kitchen will push your morning spirits. The bedrooms are bright & tidy, 2 full baths make it easy to get ready in the morning, a powder room is great to share.

Grassy lawns, stone patio, plenty of seating and leafy trees in peaceful neighbourhood - and at the same time minutes away to the tube to get to Piccadilly within 10 minutes.

You will appreciate every minute spending in the house or on the Patio, filled with sunshine for recharging. Enjoy your morning coffees and evening drinks on the patio, play a game on the lawn or spread out on a towel with a good book.

To enjoy the house, just fling open the patio doors and enter the spotless bright interior. You’ll love the soft colouring of the living and dining areas whereas the pop of red colour in the kitchen will push your morning spirits.

The open-plan living space is ideal for socialising, even if you’re on the chef’s duty rather than Movie duty. The bedrooms are bright and tidy, with homey touches like floral curtains, blue wallpaper and decorative shams.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
As for things to do in the neighbourhood - Battersea Power Station is a Must! Not only an architectural highlight but also for enjoying an extraordinary view and for browsing the mall. To get there, enjoy a 10 minutes stroll along the Thames. Around Battersea Station and Nine Elms are plenty of cafes and restaurants, later, take the Uber Boat to Westminster-(an only 5 minutes ride but so much fun to indulge in the never tiring view of Westminster Abbey and London Eye.

For those looking to spend time in Central London, it’s only 10-15 minutes by bus or tube, with handy stations within a five-minute walk of the home.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire apartment with all amenities is accessible for my guests.
All closets are empty but full of hangers, you will find toiletries and hair dryers in the bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, china, glasses and cutlery. Basics like tea, coffee, water, milk, capsules for the Nespresso Machine are provided to make sure your arrival will be relaxed. Detergents for washing machine and dishwasher are provided for a stay of 3 nights.

My stand-by guest manager will happily provide more supplies on request for small additional costs.

I will respond to your questions within very short notice. My reservation team is online 24/7 and will always be able to assist in case I wouldn't be online.

**In the UK, townhouses comes typically- new or old - with three or more floors. I highly discourage guests (e.g. elderly people) with difficulties in taking stairs due to the house layout. However, I am happy to suggest a more suitable accommodation for you. Please inquire in advance for special arrangement.
