Overall, I loved this property and the staff, who were so helpful! Although it was further away from the center of London than I thought it would be, I really enjoyed my stay. I also took advantage of their spa services, which were excellent!

Lovely Spot in London

Love staying at the K West Hotel & Spa. It's in a lovely, quiet location but near to shopping, transport, restaurants, everything you need and want. Staff are amazing and go out of their way to make sure that things are running smoothly and that their guests are happy. We will be back.

Quiet and clean hotel

This is a really lovely, well equipped, small hotel in a quiet residential street 5 minutes walk from Shepherd’s Bush tube station and local bus stops (94 takes you into Piccadilly). The staff are delightful and the room is large and clean. It definitely comes recommended. It is a typical modern hotel room, but a good example.

The room is big with a large desk. There is a kitchen area which enable breakfast to be made easily (no cooking facilities). the small was cold enough.

Great stay, staff are friendly, efficient and super helpful. Room ok little bit tired looking, but I believe the hotel is closing soon for a refurb. Bed comfortable. Room air conditioning did not work properly, but I opened the window vents and it kept the room cool. Room service food all fine. Spa staff are fab and very welcoming, had an excellent deep tissue massage.

We were given a free upgrade which we were grateful but if it’s meant to be a better room surely the bath wouldn’t be rusty, plug broken, tables dirty. The corridor smelt of sewage . This place use to be nice and clean now it’s awful for what you pay.
