Unreliable and unresponsive

My stay was double booked so I was unable to use the accommodation that I booked at short notice. I did not get any notification of this. The property owner did not answer any calls that I made to them to try to get access to the property for my one night stay in London. Hotels.com support were able to contact the owner to find out about the problem, and then rebooked me at alternative accommodation.
