From the living room, you can access the balcony, overlooking the communal garden and a stunning view of Wandsworth, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee while soaking in the views.

The open-plan area also features a well-equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals, and a cosy dining area for four, perfect for shared dishes and conversation.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a queen-sized bed adorned with hotel-quality linens, a wardrobe for your belongings, and a workspace for any necessary tasks.

The bathroom includes a relaxing bathtub, along with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort.

Rest assured, the apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please get in touch with me.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late checkout will be charged £50 per hour.

No parties, events, or loud music allowed.
No smoking is allowed.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
