Clean and well-thought out room. Reception staff were very helpful. They even gave us a few breakfast days to make up for the noise and construction going on next door. Breakfast choices were plenty to satisfy us every morning. The location is close to two underground stops. Also, lots of market and restaurant choices in the area. We were very happy with our stay. Would love to stay here again.

Great and safe location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Was pleasantly surprised by a free upgrade. Though initially described as a travellers hotel, it felt more appropriate than that like a small Marriott if you have ever been. Would have been nice to have access to a fridge in the room and laundry service on site. Not the biggest deal.

Location very convenient - next to tube station. Many eating options nearby. Room clean but very small indeed. We got an email from the hotel - just after booking - to say they are a heritage hotel and rooms are very small. Would have been useful to know this prior to booking! 2 people with one standard suitcase would struggle for space in the double bedroom.. No window - small glass panel at top. Practically no natural sunlight in the room. AC worked well. Bed comfortable. Good for short stays for people travelling with minimal luggage.

Refurbished in 2018 this hotel is well designed and extremely well maintained. Staff were very helpful, rooms and communal areas exceptionally clean and the breakfast was delicious. Cannot fault my stay and will definitely be using Oliver Plaza against

Clean albeit compact rooms decorated to a high standard. Nice breakfast and a great location (2 minutes from Earls Court station with easy access to Central London). Several ok restaurants and pubs near station so easy to get a nice meal. Several are excellent Lebanese restaurants. The phone shop next to Nandos is a good guy, useful if you need any accessories or a charger. Air-conditioning worked very well! And, importantly, the hotel is outside the London Congregation Zone and only 35 minutes from Heathrow. Only challenge is that parking is very limited with only 3 spaces. So highly recommend reserving before booking.

A pleasant stay with nice staff that were helpful for smooth checkin/checkout and requests. The room was bigger than expected (for London standards) and comfortable. The first floor was a little noisy at street level and construction, and the smell of cooking from kitchen was a strong wakeup call. A good breakfast spread and convenience to Earl Court station and main road for restaurants and convenience stores useful. Would stay again.

We loved the Oliver Plaza. It was very clean and the staff were helpful. We arrived an early and the room was still ready which was helpful since we flew in from the States. It is very close to the tube and we felt safe walking around at night. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!
