"We stayed here a week and loved it! Hotel was in a great location, awesome views, good breakfast and staff was super friendly. Sure, the rooms are a little dated, but are clean and have plenty of room (for 2 adults and 1 child). Definitely recommend and Definitely coming back!"

"I was near a fire door, that was opening and closing during the night that was very loud. Like metal scraping against metal. Also during the night there was an awful howling/squealing sound coming from the bathroom. Was the shower piping. Had to close bathroom door to muffle, went on for about 20 minutes."

"Thought breakfast could have been better, no fried eggs had to ask, no pancakes, had to ask. Staff were quite rude, when I asked for cutlery she snapped back that I could get my own! Restaurant menu showed a lovely looking soag bol, when I asked, was told it was only a kids meal and they would not allow me to order it. Was told I could get it in room service! That's what I ended up doing but if they can do it on room service, I can't see why they good not do it in the restaurant. Some staff were quite rude , however reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not worth the cost. Don't think I would stay here again."
