Welcome to your private house in the heart of Balham, SW12. This quirky, mews house is split over two levels, offering a comfy and stylish stay for up to four guests. Tucked away on a quiet residential mews, you're less than a 10-minute walk from Balham Station, giving you fast access to both the Northern Line and National Rail—reaching Victoria in 15 minutes.

You’re also moments from Tooting Common—a huge green space, ideal for morning runs, afternoon strolls, or simply unwinding outdoors.

The space

Our quirky mews house blends the calm of a quiet residential setting with the energy and convenience of vibrant South London life. You’ll be within easy reach of fantastic cafés, restaurants, pubs, and local shops, with fast transport links to Victoria and the West End.

Our house is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, whether it’s a short break or a longer visit.

Downstairs, the open-plan living area features a cosy seating area with a 50" Smart TV offering Sky and Netflix for your entertainment. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, thanks to a seamless mesh network.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up your own meals, in case you’d rather stay in and enjoy a homemade dinner instead of dining at the fantastic local restaurants and pubs. It features an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine and all the essential cookware. The solid oak dining table comfortably seats four for relaxed meals at home.

There is also a small W/C downstairs for your convenience.

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms. The master bedroom is large and airy, with a king-sized bed, a charming Juliet balcony, blackout curtains, and an additional Velux window with a blackout blind for a truly restful night.

The second bedroom features a double bed and its own Velux window with blackout blind, and dedicated workspace.

The dressing tables in each room make it easy to get ready, while the chest of drawers, hanging rails and wardrobe provide ample storage, giving you a great place to unpack and settle in, making the space feel like your own home during your stay.

The bathroom has a large shower with Hello Klean filtered showerhead, and is stocked with plush towels, luxurious Scottish Fine Soaps toiletries, and eco-friendly toilet paper from Who Gives A Crap.

You'll also find a washer/dryer, along with a drying rack, and hairdryer to help make your stay easy and stress-free.
