Warm, welcoming and well-equipped, the flat is ideal for both short breaks and longer stays. Located on the third floor of a traditional period building, the flat features one comfortable bedroom with a double bed, and one modern bathroom complete with a relaxing bathtub. Please note that the property is accessed via a staircase of approximately fifty steps, as there is no lift.
Inside, the flat is thoughtfully decorated in a boho-contemporary style, blending natural textures with clean, modern touches to create a calming and stylish space. The open living area is designed for comfort, with a plush sofa and Smart TV providing the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the city. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
