"This is our second time staying at this hotel and I will definitely be staying again. The property is clean and well maintained. the staff is lovely and it is in perfect walking distance to everything downtown Annapolis has to offer. 5 stars for sure!"

"Check in was smooth, typical. Room was located on a wing away from the lobby which we liked b/c we could access directly from the parking lot. We were in and out a lot during our stay so that was nice. Room was clean with your usual amenities nothing outstanding. Bathroom again fairly clean but the usual wear from years of use. It was clean with no complaints. Floor was also occupied by many youngsters attending some youth tournament who were quite rambunctious later at night but this was not the hotel's fault. They were paying customers who were a little annoying for a quiet couple just using the hotel to crash. Would recommend but not anything that other area hotels don't provide or offer. We've used a few in that part of town as well as AB&Bs in Annapolis."

"I highly recommend this vacation spot for the perfect family trip. It was peaceful beyond belief with wildlife constantly singing their happy tunes We thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks and crabbing from the dock made it so relaxing My grandson enjoyed daily swims and the overall convenience of having anything and everything you might need in a kitchen made for smooth sailing ! Don't miss out on making awesome memories hereThe hosts were absolutely wonderful and the communication made for ease of useWe will definitely book here again !"

"Stayed here almost two weeks. Needed a cozy home like place for my daughter to recover from a surgery she had at the local hospital. It had a full sized kitchen to prepare meals and a comfortable bed. We liked the long couch in the living room. The home is in an older established neighborhood. It’s quiet and several children outside playing most days, which was nice to see these days. Owner communicated often if there was a problem they would handle."

"Very nice room -- really a suite with two rooms, a closing door between them, and two work-ready desks. Our only complaint was noise. The building seemed to rattle and roll at the slightest provocation: the AC fan was very noisy, we could hear showers from other rooms, and even the breakfast room floor shook as folks walked across it or machinery turned on and off."
