"The cottage was just as advertised. Snorkeling off the cove far exceeded our expectations! The views and patio space were million dollar views. Very comfortable accommodations. We rented an electric car but public transportation was very convenient. Several places in walking distance. We loved the Bermudian people and especially so many public beaches free to access. We would love to come again in the future."

"If you want awesome sunsets and a private beach with great snorkeling, this is THE place to go! I've been to Bermuda 5 times and this was the best place to relax and enjoy the beach access away from the tourist spots. I would recommend this place for couples who just want to get away from it all."

"Rooms were clean. Staff was excellent and knowledgeable. Breakfast and all food at the resort was excellent. The outdoor pool was nice but cold. The ocean and private beach was awesome! Plenty of lounge chairs for everyone and servers catered to everyone on the beach for drinks and food. Wonderful experience! We will definitely make this a regular place to visit. One down fall was the actual key locks on the doors. Not electronic at all. Smart tv in the room was very old and did not get all channels."

"Loved this resort. The staff & services were top notch!!! Exceptional views from our hotel room. Plus the views from the main building sitting areas & restaurants. Nice beach - smallish - however, it was the right size for the September shoulder month crowds. The resort is in the midst of an ownership change soon. Plans may include shutdown for several months for upgrades & renovations to the property. There is alot of rumors about the next steps - I won’t repeat since I heard a lot of contradicting info. The professionalism & positive attitude of the staff was impressive & appreciated. Loved the food at both restaurants (indoor & Outdoor seating available). We were happy to pay for the addition of the Meal Plan to include Dinner at either restaurants. Reservations required at Ocean Grill."

"Our family of 3 stayed here for 10 days during a very hot Bermuda summer. The place was nice for the most part and conveniently located near bus stops, a hiking trail as well as a gorgeous water view. A few unexpected things were the rocks on the waterfront are VERY sharp and my daughter cut her foot open twice, so water shoes are a must. We weren't aware that the drinking water provided was limited (was not communicated to us), though the owner did provide 1 extra bottle at no cost (as the policy was not disclosed), it was not a lot of water to provide for 10 days/3 people and a inconvenient to carry water from the grocery stores on a bus in extreme heat. Beds were comfortable, large kitchen, bathroom looks relatively modern. Netflix was having issues so we didn't use it. Wifi was strong. The teapot is actually a small one cup keurig and the toaster is a function on the air fryer. The hosts are nice and polite. Southampton is a lovely parish, close to beaches, but there is some traffic noise during rush hours from the house."

"A great property in an excellent location. Rosalyn and Marshall are such kind and helpful hosts, especially when we were let down at the last minute by our taxi to the airport. They kindly found us another taxi to take us. The property is well laid out with everything you need, the three way showers are lovely, comfy beds, plenty of storage and Air con in the lounge and both bedrooms. The patio area with table, loungers and bbq is excellent. The dock is a nice little area for swimming, kayaking and watching the sunrise, I even saw a spotted eagle ray there. Whale bay beach is 10 mins walk and is like being on a paradise beach, sometimes with no one else there. We downloaded the Shorelink app and got monthly bus passes and used the frequent air conditioned busses and ferrys all over the island. I would love to stay at this property again if we come back to Bermuda, it is in the ideal location between Dockyard and the city of Hamilton, with easy access to nice restaurants, supermarkets, fantastic beaches, boat yards, golf courses and beach clubs. Ellie the cat came to visit us twice a day which was lovely as we have a cat at home. A highly recommended property to rent."

"Everything we wanted. We were a large group of friends celebrating mine and my husbands 30th wedding anniversary. Although many of us had lived in Bermuda before, we weren’t as familiar with this part of the island. Having access to Cambridge Beach was just wonderful - the beach and water are just stunning. Marketplace store was only a 10 min walk plus easy access to water sports from Mangrove Bay dock just a 5 min walk away. We spent a lot of time on the large open verandah, chilling and catching up. Ben went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, including meeting us in January when we came to take a quick look at the place. Thankyou Ben and Thankyou Bermuda!"
