The Cottage By The Gulf is a charming two-bedroom cottage just two blocks from the sandy beaches of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Begin the day with an early walk or bike ride to the beach and fresh salt water air or stroll down and enjoy dinner on the Gulf while watching an amazing sunset.
This quaint little cottage is tastefully decorated and offers all the amenities of home. We provide free high-speed internet and you can stream your favorite Netflix and Prime Shows on the Smart TV’s. Dine out at one of the fabulous local restaurants or prepare the meals in the fully equipped kitchen – coffee maker, blender, utensils, etc. There is also a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The dining table is the perfect spot to enjoy meals or play your favorite card game. Each of the two-bedrooms have a Queen size bed with comfortable mattresses that will assure you a relaxing and peaceful night’s sleep. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo for a quick shower or if you want to just relax and soak in a tub you can do that too! The back yard is fully fenced so you can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening.
Full-service grocery store, restaurants, and shops just blocks away. Lots of entertainment along the entire Mississippi Gulf Coast whether you are interested in the beach, nightlife, casinos, The Mississippi Aquarium, taking a Ship Island excursion, etc. The “FIRST FRIDAY” Downtown Long Beach Block Party- The event runs May thru November. An evening long event centered on the Towne Green Park and surrounding area that features a live band, classic car show/display and booths from local vendors. There is a Farmers market every Saturday morning in the main City Park. Fresh, local produce, honey, beef, dairy products, & arts and crafts. A little something for everyone!
