"The staff was amazing, clean rooms and central location to the trains. The hotel doesn’t have much of a breakfast selection though but they have ok snacks and free water bottles. It’s a great location!"

"Had to call over and over for someone to pick up the phone. There was a 2 hour delay for them to provide a room. The room they provided hadn't been cleaned and was still a mess from the prior guest. Expedia had to re-locate me to another hotel. The whole experience was a mess."
