As you step inside to “Lakeside Cove” you will notice the open floor plan full of windows to capture the gorgeous surroundings. The modern yet cozy décor will set the mood for those quiet evenings to enjoy some downtime after your long day of adventures in the Pocono Mountains! From morning sunrises, to evening sunsets, make your way out to the deck, a great place for your first cup of coffee, or evening glass of wine.

This family lake home is extremely well appointed from the furnishings to the included brand-new hot tub, 3-person canoe, two kayaks, corn hole, fire pit, and expansive coffee bar.

Lakeside Cove was just renovated in November, 2021 and features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, theater room, and game area. The first floor has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom (shower/tub), kitchen, dining area, family room, and theater room. The second floor contains 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom (shower/tub). The lower level/basement game area features a foosball table, ping pong table, sitting area and laundry (washer/dryer) area. All bedrooms have oversized closets.

Bedroom 1 includes a king bed and 55" TV. Bedroom 2 includes a king bed and 42" TV. Bedroom 3 features 1 twin bed, 1 bunk bed (full bed on the bottom and twin bed on the top), and 55" TV. Bedroom 3 also includes the “Kids’ Cove” which features a bookshelf with children’s books, games, bean bag chairs and oversized pillows.

The family room features couches, a coffee table, extra seating, and a 65" TV. The theater room includes a comfy sectional couch and 65” TV perfect for family movie nights!

You will have access to over 160+ channels with Direct TV on every TV in the home. In addition, you will enjoy Wi-Fi at a speed of 700+ mbps.

The deck features a BRAND-NEW 6-person hot tub, charcoal grill, and composite wood seating options to enjoy the lakeside view.

The well-equipped modern eat-in kitchen includes range, refrigerator, dishwasher, drip-coffee maker with single-serve brewer, slow cooker, blender, and more. The house includes a full-size washer and dryer. The dining table seats 8 and is great for meals and family games!

The house is cleaned between each guest, including all bedding. We supply bathroom amenities (shampoo, soap, lotion, conditioner – travel size/initial supply), and bath towels. Initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap are included. Salt, pepper, and cooking spray are also included.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the Coffee Bar which includes a variety of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

You will have access to the swim dock and in the warmer seasons, we supply a canoe and two kayaks for our guests to enjoy.
