"It was cozy and clean. Pretty much everything you need and more was provided. Only one family member had any complaints and those were just that the appliances were a bit loud which is to be expected in an older house, and that a privacy fence and firewood for purchase would have enticed her to use the back yard more. My daughter loved the provided toys and had a blast. I thought the hosts were very considerate and appreciated all they provided such as laundry soap, and toiletries."

"For the price, I suppose that I can't complain too much. It was one of the cheapest in the area (during peak season). Paying about a hundred for the room, it served it's purpose. If you are just looking for a room to sleep in only, you won't find much cheaper. The bed was a bit springy, and the pillows could be replaced though.This was the oldest and most worn down hotel that I have ever been to. My husband was not thrilled with the humidity levels (very high), and I do agree. I would label this as more of a Motel."

"This cabin has everything you need to enjoy your stay. A huge fire pit, the woodshed, to the deck with plenty of room to enjoy yourself. The cozy interior with all the amenities provided, the ambience of the cabin with indoor fireplace was also very relaxing. Jodi answered all our questions and was very helpful throughout the whole process would recommend and will definitely come back another time. Thank you for your hospitality Jodi & Tod"

"Paula was a wonderful host. She answered every question promptly and thoroughly. We had a fantastic time in the Pembine area, hiking the waterfalls and enjoying a local lake. My boys especially loved the ping pong table in the game room. The dining table was huge - great for games and family dinners. There was lots of seating in the living room and the beds were very comfortable.The only downside was the house temperature as the bedrooms had lower air flow and no a/c. We visited during the absolute hottest days of the year, so future visitors might not have the same issue."

"The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Total of 5 adults and 3 kids and we still had extra sleeping space. The lake is beautiful and we took advantage of the kayaks. Kitchen was well stocked. Thank you for having drinking water on hand. We would stay here again!"
