The facility and staff were excellent. My only gripe is the mandatory valet parking. I like to have access to my vehicle at all times. Otherwise, a top notch facility. I would definitely recommend it.

Clean rooms, easy check in. The easy access to the beach and pool was perfect for our family and just what we were hoping for. Staff at the pool and beach were helpful and efficient. Only complaint was during our dinner: service was slow and the air conditioner condensation was dripping from the ceiling onto our table. Overall, we would be happy to stay here again!

The breakfast menu and buffet were very good. The gentleman who prepared the fresh omelets was amazing. He did a great job. The room was nice and clean. The cleaning services were exceptional. They took pride in making sure our room was clean and stocked. The only downside to my visit was waiting an hour and a half for our luggage to be delivered to our room.

The beach that the Zota Beach Resort is on is the best part of this place. White sand, beautiful water, and not too crowded even during spring break. Your resort fee includes 2 lounge chairs, but an umbrella or an additional chair costs $40 each. I was not happy when they ran out of umbrellas and wouldn't let us put one up that a local friend had. The overall service and attitude of the staff (front desk, bars, and restaurant) were below average. Our room was a nice size, and was clean.

We had a great time at Zota Beach resort. We had a beach view which was listed as a partial view room but was great. Opal tower is better than the other tower. Bigger balcony area. Pool and hot tub were mice. Beach steps away. Would recommend.

Services in room, replenishment, toiletries, towels etc not done. The older was rundown. Moving to the newer tower was an up charge of $175 per night. .Restaurant evening service poor. Vanessa pool side service was excellent! Beautiful beach could have had more amenities than just towels and umbrellas. For example food and drink service on the beach. We would not stay at that location again and we would consider other Opal properties.
