You are first seduced by its sandy garden with a beach atmosphere, where you will find a canopy and a terrace for your outdoor meals around the barbecue, as well as a beautiful 30 m² terrace with its awning, to enjoy the sun or cool shade.

In the large living area is the kitchen, large and practical with its central island, for preparing good meals for several people. You will find an induction hob, an oven, a large American fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. For breakfast, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a Nespresso capsule machine are at your disposal.



You will be able to take a seat around the large wooden table, both rustic and contemporary, to savour the fruits of your culinary efforts.

A comfortable TV lounge with its large corner sofa and plush armchair awaits you to relax in front of a good film, get excited during sporting events or gather around a board game.



On the sleeping side, you first discover a beautiful master suite with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and a private bathroom with shower and access to the terrace. The "blue" bedroom also offers a Queen Size bed and access to the garden. The "ochre" bedroom has a double bed, and the "sky blue" bedroom has two single beds.

A second bathroom with a large shower and two sinks, as well as an independent toilet, complete the property.



For added comfort, you will also find a laundry room with a washing machine, hair dryer, four parking spaces on the property and a private entrance. Finally, the entire house is equipped with a reversible air conditioning system.
