The house comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and includes: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances Stackable washer and dryer Spacious living area with ample seating Uncovered back porch with a large deck and fire pitThe outdoor space is a true highlight. Sleeping Arrangements: Master Bedroom: Features a king bed, multiple windows for natural light, dresser, two nightstands, and a large flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom offers a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with glass doors, double vanity, and toilet. Guest Bedroom 1: Two bunk beds (twin over queen), a dresser, two nightstands, flat-screen TV, and access to the hall bathroom with tub/shower combo, tiled walls, vanity, and toilet. Guest Bedroom 2: Full-size bed, natural light from windows, and a smart TV.



Living Area:

The living room is designed for comfort and relaxation. It features three sofas (one converts into a queen bed), a large flat-screen TV, coffee table, bar seating area, and access to the back porch. A dining table with seating for six is conveniently located nearby.



Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully stocked with full-size stainless steel appliances, including fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. With ample cookware, utensils, dishes, and a custom tile backsplash paired with butcher block countertops, cooking at home is easy. Local restaurants and food delivery options like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates are also nearby.



Laundry:

A stackable washer and dryer with additional storage are available for your convenience.



Pet Policy:

Up to 2 pets are welcome with a one-time $250 fee (select “1 Pet” during booking). The fenced yard is perfect for your furry friends to play safely. Please ensure pets are cleaned up after to avoid fines.
