Stunning Views of Polperro Harbour at this 2 Bedroom Waterfront Cottage

Fabulous harbour views await you at Polperro Beach House. Situated in the inner harbour of this picturesque Cornish fishing village it is only a short walk from shops, cafes, pubs & restaurants.

The property was completely renovated in 2021 but still retains original wood flooring, sash windows and an idyllic bay window to take in harbour life.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and the other with a small double (4ft) bed. It benefits from modern heating and excellent Wi-Fi throughout.

Parking is also included for one vehicle for the duration of your stay.

We had a lovely time in Polperro and the house is exactly as pictured - gorgeous harbour views! Immaculately clean, comfy beds, great shower and all you could need in the kitchen. Very easy to check in and Jonathan is excellent to communicate with.

We had a wonderful time at Johnathon’s place, the house has been so beautifully renovated and the attention to detail shows. There was everything we needed, the rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. We particularly loved the view from the living room window seat! What a treat to stay somewhere so beautiful, thank you for having us and we hope we can visit again in the future.

Just returned from a week’s holiday with my husband. It’s the perfect location over looking the harbour & so close to restaurants & pubs. The house has the best of both worlds, with a sympathetic renovation, with all mod cons & spotlessly clean & Jonathan is the perfect host. The only thing I would say is there are a lot of dogs with visiting holiday makers & some aren’t so responsible with picking up after them, but that didn’t spoil my stay at the house & we will be returning. Just mind where you step in these pretty little streets.

Great central location, very fast broadband. The parking pass was greatly appreciated. Property was clean and well equipped. Only improvements would be a printed guest handbook on site and a welcome basket….especially a pint of milk.

Fantastic location, right on the harbour. Exceptionally clean and modern interior. Every appliance that you could require. Very comfortable beds, slept really well. Jonathan made the whole experience very enjoyable, with prompt replies to any emails sent. Once again, location, location, to be able to sit on the window seat, with the window open and to have the water a couple of feet below was stunning. Fabulous holiday and management. We loved Polperro and Jonathan's place is ideally located to enjoy it. It has a perfect view of the harbor, and you can enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks in the window seat to take in the view. It was really pleasant whether the tide was in our out. The seagulls are noisy in the morning for a bit but you get used to them. The bedrooms are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped (we really appreciated all of the fixings for coffee!), and the bathroom is spacious and has plenty of hot water. Everything is as pictured and described. The back bedroom looks over the alley where people walk by below so there can be some noise from passers-by, but it's generally pretty quiet. The house is a 5-minute walk from where a taxi can pick you up for day trips in front of the Sweet Time shop. Jonathan is extremely responsive. Definitely recommend.

The Polperro Fishermen’s Choir said it all with their song when performing in the harbour with us in the front row, right from the living room: Polperro has a unique magic between harbour life, inviting shops and friendly people and an incredibly beautiful costal setting. I can’t imagine a better way to experience Polperro than from this lovely high standard cottage. Access should be planned with a luggage transport service (Jonathan will give you the details), which should be arranged in advance. The effort to take for staying in the centre of a historic fishing and smuggling village is to leave the car a ten minutes walk away, absolutely worth it.

Location is perfect. Right on the water and just a couple of minutes to the pub! Good sized bedrooms and a decent shower too. Could have used some instructions on how the coffee machine works as I never figured that out! First world problems! Otherwise an absolutely fab stay.

Das Haus ist direkt im Hafen perfekt gelegen, um alles mit wenigen Schritten in Polperro zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr gelungen, es fehlt an nichts, ideal für drei Personen. Jonathan hat alles im Vorhinein organisiert, und auch am Ende. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der Blick über den Hafen von der Fensterbank ist sehr schön. Immer Flut und Ebbe im Blick und die gegenüber liegenden Häuser und Geschäfte zu beobachten im laufe des Tages hat uns sehr entspannt! Niedliche kleine Stadt, nicht allzu touristisch. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, nicht Zuviel, nicht zuwenig.

Lovely quaint cottage in the heart of Polperro with a fantastic view of the harbour. A stones throw from all amenities Polperro has to offer. Fantastic experience, will be going back next year.

Good accommodation, everything you need. Best location in Polperro. We loved the coastal walks. the fish and chips at the Three Pilchards is to die for. You need to book the best restaurants in Polperro in advance they have 3 week waiting lists during the season. Jonathan the property manager couldn't have been more helpful. Steve T from Manchester

Good cottage in a very friendly harbour town. Ideal for a walking holiday. Great communication with the host, any queries answered quickly. Cottage comfortable with good bed and linen. This place was amazing. The location was so central, with amazing views of the harbour. Everything was within 2 minutes walk and you never felt like your day trip was over, and you were returning home, as you’re living right in the middle of your day trip! The beds were super comfortable, shower always hot and kitchen fully equipped. The lounge area was the best, we spent hours on the window seat just taking it all in and relaxing to the sounds of the coast. The only negative was that our car was parked a good 10 minute walk away, and as my health is challenging at the moment that proved tricky. BUT the location more than made up for that. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning.

Firstly Jonathan the owner was fantastically helpful every step of the way. The Cottage is spotlessly clean and newly fitted out and in one of the best spots in Polperro. My family and I enjoyed a wonderful two week holiday here. Don’t forget to take your Coffee beans for the bean to cup coffee machine as you can’t buy beans in the village.
