About this property
Lakehouse with Game Room, Direct Water Access, and Kayaks Included!
- This 2 Story Lakehouse is located directly on West Boggs Lake, with a large, wrap-around porch on both levels, stationary dock to fish, kayak, and dock your boat. House features 3 bedrooms with 3 Queen beds and an additional Queen sized pull out couch in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom, and an amazing deck for watching the sun set on the main level.
2nd floor is assessable via spiral staircase that is 22 inches wide. Two bedrooms with Queen size beds and a additional full size bathroom and wrap around porch are accessible on the 2nd floor.
The dock is across the street and the end of the peninsula. Picnic table, kayaks, paddles, and life jackets are provided at the dock for your enjoyment during your stay with us.
Your stay includes access to a garage game room with darts, ping pong, and television to have the kids enjoy time outside before smores over the firepit to watch the sunset.
