With its stone walls, exposed beams and its modern and refined decoration, La Forge des Templiers is a town house with an undeniable cachet.
Fully equipped and ideally located, it has all the necessary comforts for your stay: linen provided, beds made on arrival, wifi, garage...

Housing
This pretty 80 m² townhouse can accommodate up to 6 people and is spread over 3 levels:
First floor
- Living room with a comfortable lounge area and a dining table.
- A functional and fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction cooker, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine...
1st level
- Double room with queen size bed 160
- Living room with 2 sofa beds
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and towel dryer
- Separate WC
Mezzanine (Access to the mezzanine is not suitable for young children.)
- 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds
The apartment has stairs and is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
You have a large garage space - n°8 (vehicle up to 3.5T).
Neighborhood
Ideally located, the house is in a very pleasant area, 5 minutes from downtown and its main street. You will find all types of shops (bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...)
The village, in the heart of a valley, is located at an altitude of 210 meters.
The commune of Lorgues is bordered by fourteen wine-producing properties, such as Domaines Viticoles and châteaux, Domaine and AOC "Côtes-de-provence" cellars around the cooperative cellar "Le Cellier des Lorguians" and many others...
Transportation
- Several roads lead to Lorgues : the departmental road 10, from Taradeau, to the south-east, or Salernes to the north-west ; the departmental road 562 from Flayosc, or Carcès ; the departmental road 50 from Entrecasteaux.
- The town is served by the regional public transport network Zou! (ex Varlib). The local authorities have implemented a "transport on demand service" (TAD), regional network Zou!
- The nearest TGV station is Les Arcs - Draguignan.
- The nearest airport is Toulon-Hyères, 79 km away.
Other remarks :
- Animals accepted on request, please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- The access to the mezzanine is not suitable for small children.
