Perfectly Located 3 Bedroom House Just Yards From The Pool

Albatros
Set on the private Albatros development, this bright and airy 3 bedroom house complete with roof terrace is an ideal holiday destination for both families and couples. It is one of only 8 houses that face directly onto the swimming pool. Shops and restaurants are all within a 5 minute walk and the beach is just 10 minutes away. The house has a TV which receives English channels!! The house also has heating for the winter months!!
Minimum stay during August is 14 nights.

Lovely property and communal complex. Close to supermarkets, bars, restaurantsand beach. Pool rules were a bit strict but we were advised about that in advance. Disappointed with no AC as it was extremely hot, my assumption was that it had AC because it didn't say that it didn't! All in all, a really enjoyable stay and we will return in the future (in a cooler climate!)

Break away

Lovely place to stay not far from main strip for bars restaurants. Beach and promenade about 10 minute walk. Was nice to be able to spend time at the apartment and just walk out to pool .

Holiday in Loz Alcazares

The communication from Trevor was brilliant and he responded promptly to all of my questions when booking and up to travelling. Even the transfers were arranged by him. We were met by Joy at the property, but never had any problems so did not need to contact her during our stay. The house was in a perfect spot right near the pool. The grounds/gardens of the residence were kept so lovely. The pool area was so tidy and everyone is asked to shower before entering which kept the water clean. There were times when the pool was almost empty which was lovely. It is open from 8am until 10pm. It was about a 10 to 15 minute walk to a good selection of restaurants and bars and souvenir shops, also a supermarket. The beach is probably another 5 minutes walk. There is also a Lidl and Mercadona about 10 to 15 minute walk and Aldi a bit further on. Before Lidl is a big shop that sells a wide range of goods like toys, bags, household products, make-up, clothes, underwear, swimwear, crafts and much more, I think it is called Euro Market. There was a small funfair and Market every night (probably only July & August) from 9pm onwards, which again was about a 10 minute walk. We didn’t have a car, so walked everywhere which was fine. I would absolutely recommend this house and would definitely like to go back. Becuase it is residential, it is nice and quiet at night and you would need to respect that.

Accommodation and complex are excellent, ideally situated for the communal pool area and also the local bars & restaurants, check in was easy and the accommodation has everything you need for a week or fortnight stay.

Lovely accommodation in prime position

Just arrived home from a lovely stay at this property. Excellent location for local bars, restaurants, beach and supermarkets. All within easy walking distance. Fabulous pool and sunbathing area. My only criticism would be no air conditioning as we stayed in the recent heatwave where temperatures tipped the high 30s every day. The ceiling fans although very welcome just couldn’t cool the property. This wouldn’t however stop me from booking this property again. Great communication with the owner who arranged the transfers to and from airport and collection of keys was faultless.

Un buen lugar para desconectar

La experiencia en casa de Trevor ha sido fabulosa. La comunicación con Trevor muy buena aun con la dificultad del idioma, en cuanto a Joy y Tom que entregan las llaves muy simpáticos y amables pero al no hablar español la comunicación no es fluida. La casa preciosa, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días geniales, super bien ubicada, sales de la casa y encuentras la piscina, no es necesario llevar nada mas que las maletas porque todo lo que necesitas lo encuentras en la casa excepto una cafetera. La urbanización es muy tranquila, los vecinos respetuosos y no hay mucho ruido aún estando en frente de la piscina. Volveremos sin duda . Gracias Trevor

Excellent location.

We loved our time in the apartment as it is excellently located for both the pool, bars, restaurants, beach and the supermarkets. The only down side is no air conditioning which is a problem in the hotter months.

Perfect position

We were met by Linda very promptly. The house had everything from dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs, washing up liquid, salt and pepper etc. The house is positioned right in front of the pool which was lovely in the heat. If I had to niggle about anything it would be the broken freezer door handle. It was very warm at night and the ceiling fans helped. All in all a good stay

Top quality!

Everything was super about this property. Trevor went the extra mile to make things easy, and the property itself was fabulous. We are very familiar with the complex, having stayed in many different flats and houses over the years. This one was our favourite, and we hope to visit again!

Lovely property

Having just returned from two weeks at this house what a little gem it is. 3 adults and two children, plenty of room for all of us. The pool and surrounding area was always clean and the lifeguards certainly did their job keeping the children in line, Nice touches for us like English tv and a Bluetooth speaker. The patio furniture though could do with some extra padding for the seats. Overall a lovely house which we will hopefully return to.

Great location

We enjoyed the complex and the apartment Trevor excellent to deal with throughout the whole process. Apartment is lovely, furniture inside and out a little tired. Literally twenty steps from great swimming pool and patio was in shade from late afternoon which suited us. Ten minute walk to some nice restaurants and another five or so minutes to lovely beach. Would have liked air con in the apartment, very hot at night during our stay.

It was very nice holiday with the kids

The contact with Trevor was very easy. He answered all the questions very fast. The villa was very sweet with all the facilities... The swimming pool was nice ( very clean). We recommamde it👍

Clean, centrally located for all facilities.

We were 4 ladies who thoroughly enjoyed a 5 day break. The swimming pool is literately a few steps from house with a life guard in attendance. It was a very welcome relief from the heat. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Cushions for garden furniture could do with renewing in the near future. Restaurants, bars and beach all within a 5 - 15 mins walk. Superb beach very child friendly.

Brilliant Holiday

Great accommodation right beside the pool - immaculately kept. Trevor couldn't have been more helpful and when we had a problem with the door LInda sorted it right away. Highly recommended
