good hotel recently after remodelling. Cozy room, new buthtube. They provided even sachets with toothpaste. One minus: no coffee machine in room or in teh lobby.

Solo travel

The neighboring area was a bit sketchy. I didn’t feel very safe as a solo traveler. The room was decent,But could have used hooks for hanging as there was no closet.

Worse hotel service ever. The rooms are dirty and smell. Also the front desk was harassing us all night. Never staying here again.

This was easily the worst stay I have ever had. There was pubic hair in the bathrub and what I could only guess was someones nose rag crumbled up in the top drawer of the nightstand. The sheets looked like someone was walking on them. I should have slept in my car at a rest stop.

Room wasn’t clean. There was a dead spider in the bathroom and mold on the shower curtain. Floors were disgusting and not clean as my socks were black just walking . Wish I could get my money back. Beds were hard and felt like I was sleeping on a rock.

Worst case of deception and false advertisement!!!

This was of the worst places I've ever stayed in. The pictures are 100% deceiving. i cant believe Hotels.com let aces like this advertise. Total false advertisement. My longtime friend I stayed was so dusgusted that we got into an argument over the condotions. The outside and the room reeked ferociously of urine. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in and didnt even close. The only furniture it contained was 2 chairs. There wasnt a place to put our bags on. We had to put everything on the bed. The only upside was i didnt see any bugs. I am reporting this establishment to the Better Busines Bureae and filing a complaint with Hotels.com. Totally unethical!!!

10 out of 10 would not stay again

The first room I was given met my ADA needs, being on the first floor near a handicapped spot, but the toilet was leaking. The owner offered a “better room” on the second floor, which I accepted due to exhaustion after my 7-hour drive. The second room seemed renovated but felt cramped, with the beds separated awkwardly, leaving little space to access one side. We resolved this by pushing the beds together, misaligning them with the headboards. The shower had extremely high water pressure and drained poorly. I reported it to staff, giving permission to fix it while I was at work the next day. However, the issue wasn’t addressed, and I had to call again that evening. On the final day of our stay, the owner came to fix it, bringing two plungers and offering room service while we were gone. Upon returning, the plungers were left in the room, and the replacement shower curtain was more stained than the original. At checkout, I spoke with the owner regarding our ongoing issue. His response was he “fixed it” and the showers “drain slow”. The owner ultimately declined to provide any compensation, stating that I should have addressed the issues directly with him from the beginning if I wanted them resolved. This response was both unprofessional and dismissive, leaving a poor impression of the overall experience. Did I mention there was no fire alarm in the room?

Cheap comfortable bed.

Cheap. Comfy bed. Needs some updates or good cleaning. Bad neighborhood. But hotel was safe. Staff was the best. So nice and helpful.

Water issue

The check in was smooth and easy but as soon as I walked into the room the bathroom was flooded with water, I let the manager know and he took care of it immediately, it was a plumbing issue and he took care of us by letting us check out late the next day, it was not a big inconvenience but it was not ideal.

This was another case of picture telling a different story. The property does not look anything like in the photos. The rooms are outdated, patch fixes everywhere, the doors are repainted over and over again... think an old apartment building. The staff behind the desk was nice and very helpful but the price charged does not reflect the condition of the property. Would rather have paid more and stayed at a branded Hotel/ Inn.

The parking lot was easily accessible and very well lighted all night. Their wi-fi and television was very well maintained with good programs. They had individual tooth paste packets for guest in addition to the normal soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner. All in all, for a 1 night stay is fine. What I did not like: no dresser chest for clothes, only hanging garments. Amenities lacking: No mirror in the bedroom, only 1 mirror in front of the sink by the bathroom. No electrical reachable outlet by the bed to plug in cell phone; no bible, no radio, alarm clock, hair dryer or coffee machine. For the price, it was fair. Thank you!
