Approximately 30 minutes from Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Orange County, Los Angeles, and 45 minutes from Hollywood. Cozy beach townhouse. Two full bedrooms upstair, Two full bathroom upstairs and half bathroom downstairs. Half bathroom downstairs. Third Room is a SUNROOM with a DAYBED and a privacy curtain.

Absolutely NO PARTIES and NO excessive noise/music allowed at any time. Must respect our neighbors’ peace and quiet .

HOUSE RULES:

1) PLEASE ALWAYS BE CONSIDERATE OF OUR NEIGHBORS AND YOUR NOISE LEVEL AT ALL TIMES.***No parties, loud music, or very loud talking. ***NO BACKYARD OR POOL USE AFTER 10:00 PM. Please come inside by 10:00 pm and enjoy yourselves inside the house Or go out to a local bar. If we receive a noise complaint after these hours, you will loose your deposit. This is a quiet residential area. We have to respect our neighbors***

3) No Smoking
4) maximum of 6 booked guests overnight or a total of no more than 8 people on the property at any given time or you will loose your security deposit & your stay will be terminated immediately. Unless prior authorization has been made.
5) If you use our kitchen supplies please clean them and put back.
6)If you use the BBQ grill, please turn off propane tank when done and leave it uncovered.
7) please separate trash and recyclables and take them outside by the garage ally way and place in large bins when you leave.
