Very friendly managers. The property is located in a safe and walkable neighborhood which is just south of Wilshire Boulevard and convenient to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfectly fine accommodation, run by some very nice people who live on the property. My room was spacious and comfortable and had everything I needed. The area around the property is perfectly safe, just south of Wilshire Boulevard in what looks to be a relatively upscale neighborhood. Indeed, the location is close to ideal. I walked five minutes one day to visit the Los Angeles County Art Museum and the new David Geffen Galleries, and the Academy Museum, the Crafts Museum and the Petersen Car Museum are all about as close.

We never met the staff except a cleaning lady that didn't speak English! She was able to give us the keys and all turned out ok! The room are a little old fashioned, but the price made it okay! It was all we needed for the area!

I was close to where we wanted to go, but when we got in the room we had a kill some bugs first, and then the pillows had visible dust and/dirt buildup on them.

Pour se loger dans un bon quartier à los Angeles il faut dépenser beaucoup d'argent. Nous avons donc trouvé ce logement qui est certes bien placé mais malheurement pas du tout insonorisé et se trouve dans un boulevard qu'en réalité c'est une autoroute ! Niveau bruit insupportable. Le seul point positif de ce logement est le parking. Pour le reste, je ne recommande pas du tout ce logement.

Nothing bothered me about my stay at the property for the staff. Parking is a little challenging in the area but wasn't an issue. The television and my room didn't work, other than that, no complaints.
