The rental was 30 minutes from almost all of our planned excursions, and very close to the Santa Monica Pier and Montana Avenue eateries. Natalie greeted me and my 11 year old child on arrival, settling us in to the very clean and quiet guest house. We used both the king bed and the twin pullout couch bed, and both were comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend making this your LA home base.

We enjoyed walking the beautiful neighborhood to great restaurants on Montana street. We drove to the Santa Monica beach area and walked along the Palisades park and down to the beach. We had a delightful two days in Santa Monica. Thanks

Natalie was an awesome host with great communication from our initial contact to check out. The unit is comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed the private deck and yard area. It is an easy walk through a nice neighborhood to Montana Avenue or the park along Ocean Avenue.

My daughter and I liked this place a lot. The bed was SO comfortable, its soft and luxurious and I was very well rested. The shower pressure is amazing. Parking was super simple and right out front. I walked over to the Santa Monica Stairs every morning and got some exercise in! We would definitely stay again. Super close to everything we wanted to explore in LA!

Natalie's home was such a wonderful find. The home itself is spotless, beautiful and very comfortable. She added all sorts of extra touches that made our stay extra special. This cute little private guest apartment is perfect! It's difficult to get a rental in Santa Monica but with owners like Natalie, vacation planning becomes easy! The location was wonderful and the rental is spotless. Natalie has thought of everything and is available any time to help you out.

Our host Natalie lives on site and was extremely flexible regarding check in. She offered many ideas for restaurants, places to visit etc. and it was so thoughtful that she provided beach chairs and beach towels. She was delightful!

We were looking for a nice location that included outside space. This property had a nice deck that we were able to enjoy. It was a nice walk to the Bluffs on Highway 1. Natalie was very welcoming and helpful.

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Natalie was extremely helpful and friendly. She gave us great suggestions. The location was ideal for walking to the beach and parking was easy and free. We could lie in bed and open large window/doors and look out on our personal deck with chairs, table and bench. Can't wait to come back again.
