Nice place, but there is something/ animal in the attic that scratches above the closet area and woke us up. Also the missing vertical blinds don’t provide privacy. I had to hang a towel to keep anyone from seeing in at night.

Smooth check in, clean and well equipped accommodation, secure off street parking. very narrow driveway and tricky to park. Can be in a situation when you could be blocked in. Beware if you are driving a large vehicle

Space was just right for 2 people. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Only feedback is that parking in the backyard is a bit tight and that the shared walls were very thin. We could hear the other guests in the adjoining house talking very clearly well past quiet hours up to 2:30am.

Perfect for a night’s sleep

We arrived late at night after a music festival and it was perfect space for my husband and I. The space provided everything we needed for a quick comfortable night sleep.

Out of Touch With Real Hotels

1) The bed was just awful, too soft and saggy, especially in the middle where my wife and I kept rolling into it's "V" shape, so ridiculously saggy. A real hotel would never allow such a thing. Go to Costco and get a real bed.2) The shower floor was as slippery as ice. I mean, come on dude, get a non-slip mat before someone really hurts themselves. What hotel would have that issue? No hotel!3) If you want hot water, you need to run it for literally five minutes before it begins to get warm. Now that really is ridiculous, no real hotel would have that issue. I suggest you go to Home Depot and spend 200 on a recirculating hot water system that can be installed in 30 minutes.The accommodations sure look nice in the pictures and description. Too bad it's just smoke and mirrors. You can't tell me that the man that owns this place is not aware of these problems but is just too cheap to do the right thing and spend a little money to make it right.

Excellent stay

My husband and I were in the area to visit family, and this ended up being the perfect place to stay. It was just the right size for 2 people, and is located in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. The owner does a great job with communication, and makes himself available for anything that might pop up. We will definitely come back next time we’re in town.

Cozy!

Great location and a beautiful listing! Host was very kind and had very simple check-in and check-out instructions. It was nice to be able to get in and get out without any fuss. I visited Pasadena for a local convention and it was nice and quiet. I really appreciated the private nature of the listing and the host. I didn’t feel the least bit intruded on or unwelcome. I will definitely try to book this listing again for the next con in 2026!!

Stay for the Cruel World Fest

The perfect space for your stay.

This property was perfect for me. I needed a smaller, affordable space for a week of school in the area. The owner was very clear, helpful, and communicative. The location was so convenient. The property was maintained really well and very, very nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Enjoyable Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located in a quiet residential area in a what seem to be an in-law unit. It was spacious for two people and was equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated how easy it was to get in touch with the owners and how responsive they were.

Just what you need!

All the amenities you need for a home base during your trip. We spend most of the day out and about, and this is the perfect place to land afterwards and get ready for your next busy day. Or hang out and chill if you want…. Very quiet street and very pretty. We will stay again when in the area.

Off-street Parking in Nice Neighborhood

The studio is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The off-street parking was excellent. The space was comfortable & clean for our stay. It should be noted that listed under the "About this Property" section it states, "one bed, one full sofa bed." I took this to mean that the sofa made into a bed. It does not. The studio shares walls with the main house. We could hear people doing their morning routine. This did not disturb us, but might disturb other tenants. My friend went to do a load of laundry, but was unable to until a later time as the washer was full of recently washed clothes. He did do his load later & the fact that a washer and dryer was available was very much appreciated. I also appreciated that the check out instructions were clear.
