Great last minute jr suite

Comfortable, convenient, good COVID precautions in place. Sadly, that also meant the jacuzzi was off limits. Room service, breakfast, etc. is also all shut down. Unlike other hotels with $30+ parking per night, they offer free, onsite parking. Despite booking a room fairly removed from the street, there was a lot of street noise in the evenings, even for Washington Blvd (voices, shouts, etc.), but that can't really be helped. Sound machine or good ear plugs recommended.

Ramada

Over all nice stay. Housekeeping didn't clean the room while we were there because of Covid-19, which we were ok with. We just asked for a couple of extra towels and the housekeeper provided them to us. I liked the area. Plenty of small shops to get your coffee, and Walgreens at the corner. Close to the Marina and beach.

Was good stay only had trouble with service for the security deposit card was declined 2-3 times so attendant said to get cash deposit for 150$ so i did next day at checkout received that money back but my debit card still got charged for 150$

Good, will stay again

We had a 4 Hour drive. Check in is at 3 PM the front desk manager let us do an early check in I was really happy with that! I would definitely stay again rode our bikes down to Venice Beach.

Strange Times for Travel

I know COVID played a role but it was unlike previous hotel stays before the pandemic. No services, check in outside at the night window, etc. How could it not be a cold experience compared to the personal touches available before? The room needed more vacuuming though. Beds were good and room was spacious and the bathroom looked clean. Just an odd time to travel.

Nice, clean, comfortable value

The hotel is very good for the price. Being 5 minutes away from the beach, and being this clean, and comfortable it’s an awesome deal. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the property is in a good location, and is safe. I would stay here again.

Comfy w/ everything, sketchy block, amazing staff!

The staff is lovely. The rooms are comfortable and quaint. The carpet is disgusting, but other than that, everything is Wonderful! The courtyard gives you room to spread out and not be cramped. My only real complaint is each time I stated in an end unit, I couldn't get WiFi and had to stand outside to get a signal..what a pain. Book the middle. Otherwise, a favorite now!.

The location was great and the parking was okay but if you go out and come in there is a chance you will not get another park and will have to park on the streets. They do not let you know that you have to put a 300 dollar hold on your credit card and they would not give me a receipt do to the fact that I booked through a website which is crazy I have never experienced this before in my life. They did not clean my room or give fresh towels. My key did not work the next day to get in the room so I had to get new keys. But over all the place was nice but I don't know if I will stay again do to not having a receipts but they get to keep my information.

The room was nice. It was challenging getting out of parking lot with the busy traffic and someone had parked a camper right by the driveway making visibility to the one side impossible. The other exit had gate shut, very odd. There were people outside talking quite loudly and yelling, late at night. Did like the tables right outside our room. Not happy that no services/amenities were offered or open. The person that checked us in was not pleasant at all, very poor customer service.

Adequate, but not great.

This hotel was actualy fairly nice, once you got into the room. Newly redecorated with really nice new fixtures. Everything was clean and comfortable. The problem was both location and lack of any other amenities.

We were honestly a little sketched out by the location and surrounding area. this was the most pleasant stay. very comfy, very clean, surprisingly quiet! Staff was nice, really nice attention to detail on upgrades in the rooms. Would 100%stay here again!

Septic tank room

The bathroom smelled horrible and there was a pubic hair on the the toilet roll . It smelled as if the sewer was backed up I went and bought air freshener and the bathroom still smelled horrible. The staff are very nice and helpful and tried to help the best they could . The staff is amazing but the actual room was disappointing.

Nice place! A bit sketchy at night, but that's Washington Ave. Nice floors in the room, all amenities, looks like a nice hotel inside the room, well updated. There was no obvious way to request new sheets and making up the room though, nothing to hang on the doorknob. But unnecessary for my 3 day stay
