This is a Modern Unit with all the fixtures, including Private Balcony and Large walk- in closet with full bathroom and washer and dryer. We are committed to providing our valued guests with a safe , comfortable and clean home, in return we ask that our guests treat our home & neighbors as they would theirs. Unit is Non smoking and pets are not allowed, rules are strictly enforced. 5 mins from downtown Noho, 14 mins from Burbank airport , 15 mins from universal studios

A clean, warm place to stay with great balcony views

This was a wonderful place within walking distance to my son's home in Burbank. It was safe, warm, clean and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the balcony.The only hiccup was neither my or my husband's phone is new enough to download the VRBO app so my son was the communicator for the check in and things were not clear and this was a little stressful. When I gave the property manager my cell phone number, he used that for the rest of the communications and that worked well.

Great location in NOHO

Really enjoyed my stay here. The space was very clean and spacious. It had everything I needed. The check-in process was easy. I would stay here again.

Good place to stay in noho

The unit was as described. Nicely decorated and clean. Everything was in working order including two large televisions. The property manager was communicative and very professional.There were a couple of small maintenance issues. But nothing that prevented us from enjoying our stay.Recommend. We will be back.
