The Space:
Feel the ocean breezes and enjoy the sunshine in this upstairs corner unit. Wake up with your morning coffee on the private balcony. Beautiful hardwood floors, high-quality furnishing and linens, clean & spacious. There are two bedrooms - one queen & one with twin/queen bunk beds, plus the living room w/a sofa bed, dining area, a large kitchen and bathroom. Washer & Dryer in your unit! Easy back door access to the back gate and the bikes. Quiet quaint unit in a small complex, with a large patio that has a BBQ to use and enjoy the sunsets. Neighbors are professionals who are friendly and helpful.

Guest Access:
You will have your own unique code to use the keypad on the door, plus a key to the back door, which will take you directly to the bikes, parking & the laundry room.

The Neighborhood:
Quaint and quiet, this is a residential beachy shore neighborhood. We are in a clean, safe seaside community with many residents out walking and biking. You are steps from vibrant Second Street's shopping and eating district, sandy beaches, calm lagoons, picturesque Naples canals, bike & walking paths. Located just minutes from downtown Long Beach, CSU Long Beach, the Long Beach Aquarium, the Queen Mary, the LA Harbor and the Long Beach airport. There are always Belmont Shore events happening - such as the annual Christmas Parade or Taste of the Shore where all the restaurants serve samples. It is only 20 miles from Disneyland or Knotts Berry Farm, the Anaheim Convention Center, and even closer to Surf City USA - Huntington Beach. If you love water - you can windsurf, swim, kayak, surf, row, paddle board, jet ski, or even ride in an authentic gondola or take a sunset sailing cruise-right in this neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Only half a block to walk to 2nd Street's restaurants and shops, and two short blocks to the beach or Alamitos Bay.
Lots of street parking is always available.
Uber & Lyft are readily available also, or catch the bus.

Other Things to Note:
This building was built in the 1920's and has great architecture. We have upgraded everything in the unit, while keeping the unique charm- with arched doorways and big picture windows.

We are not usually at the property but are close by. We are always available via message, text or phone call. We live and work close by.
