It was a great place to stay. I never really felt uncomfortable. The guy in the front was nice and patient with me since I couldn’t hear him from behind the glass. The room and bathroom overall were clean. The other thing I can say is the bed was sunken in the middle. But again overall the room was pretty good!

My standard for hotel or motel rooms is fairly low. I'm generally just looking for a quick place to stay for the night and be on my way early the next morning. I just want the room to be clean, have sufficient parking, and complimentary Wi-Fi. There isn't a lobby for check-in, you stand outside on the pavement while talking to someone through a drive-thru window like you a doing a bank transaction. The location is very noisy on a major road and tons of businesses nearby. There is some parallel parking in front of some room doors, and then a handful of covered parking spots. I pulled into my covered spot and at the back of the space was a large mattress with a plethora of stains on it, other random items, and debris. The room was old with a comforter that would have been stylish in the 70s, a TV smaller than my computer monitor, a TV remote that didn't work, and an air conditioning unit that sounded like a jet taking off each time it fired up. Walking into the bathroom I was greeted with 12-15 long black hairs on the floor and sink, burn marks on the tub, and a shower faucet that was detached a couple of inches off the wall. I made the mistake of taking my socks and shoes off, and when I got in the shower you could see dirt flowing off my feet into the drain from the short time I walked around the room. My purpose of staying there was for a short commute to LAX, which accomplished that (17 minute drive), but even with my low standard for a room, this motel was rough.

We have Trouble with Check in due to no body in office. waiting 15 minutes after several phone calls to get key . Workers was sleeping and was only 12.45 am terrible service

Room and area were decent, but the moment I walked in I spotted a baby cockroach and then two more in the bathroom I had to kill. Wish their refund policy was more flexible considering these conditions, but now I know not to return. DON’T come here unless you want some uninvited guests in your room.
